Possible Sewer Issues

After years of use, your sewer lines may have any number of unpleasant issues. Some of the most common sewer issues include:

  • Tree Root Invasion—Roots from trees or plants nearby can invade your sewer pipes through seams and get in the way of the water flow.
  • Clogged/Blocked Pipe—Grease, hair, and other substances can collect inside of the pipe and restrict the flow.
  • Crushed/Broken Pipe—A broken or crushed pipe may restrict the flow and cause contents of the lines to seep out into your yard.
  • Low-Grade Pipes—If your sewer pipes are made out of below-grade material, they may corrode or deteriorate.

Sewer Repair Methods

We use various methods to perform any sewer repairs with the least amount of damage to your home and yard as possible. The most effective method will depend upon the type and severity of the issue. We may use one of the following methods:

  • Traditional Repair Method—We’ll cut an open trench in the yard to access the affection part of the sewer pipe.
  • Trenchless Repair Method—Using this innovative new method, we can save time and avoid destroying part of your yard, all while saving you money.
  • Pipe Relining—We use an epoxy material to reline the inside of your pipes, which molds to the existing interior and creates a smooth inner wall.
