Plumbing FAQ
My water heater is making rumbling sounds. What could be causing them?
Rumbling sounds typically indicate a buildup of sediment at the bottom of the water heater. Because of this, the water heater is not working as efficiently as it should, and you’ll likely see an increase in water bills if not fixed promptly.
What are the benefits of a tankless water heater?
A tankless water heater instantly provides you with hot water. It is more energy-efficient and takes up less space than a traditional water heater. In addition to having no risk of leaking or flooding, tankless water heaters also tend to last longer than traditional water heaters.
How often should my septic tank be inspected?
Your septic system should be inspected and pumped at least every three or four years. Regular maintenance can help you avoid messy and expensive problems in the future.
What should I do if my drains are moving slowly or clogged?
This could indicate several problems. If you can look down in the drain and don’t see any obstructions, you can try using a drain cleaner to restore the flow. In other cases, the clog may have to be removed using a snake drain cleaner. If the issue is with multiple drains, we will likely have to examine your sewer pipes and find the root of the problem.
How much will service or a project cost me?
We strive to provide all of our customers with accurate pricing estimates. For straightforward problems, we can give you a quote over the phone. However, for more complex problems, we would recommend having the issue diagnosed in person.
